It's a true lease. The lights, clips, timers and all the hardware stay ours. That's exactly why there's nothing for you to buy, repair, or store. You're paying for a beautiful, fully-managed display for the season, not a box of lights to deal with for years.
Just text or call us. Maintenance is included in every lease. We'll be back out within 48 hours to fix it at no extra charge. You never touch a ladder.
Installations run from early September through early December. Book early to lock your preferred week. Takedown happens in January, on a schedule we coordinate with you. You don't need to be home for either visit.
Barely. We use commercial-grade LED bulbs that sip power, and your automatic timer only runs them dusk to dawn (or a window you choose). Most homeowners see just a few dollars a month added during the season.
Yes on both. Our crews are background-checked, trained, and we carry $2M in liability coverage. We use no-hole clips designed for your roofline and gutters, so when the season ends there's no trace we were ever up there.
Absolutely. Your design is revisited every season. Add a tree, switch to color, extend to the backyard, whatever you like. Returning customers get first pick of installation dates and locked-in pricing.
